Most Americans agree that we should supplement our diets with vitamins and mineral supplements. The problem is most people do not know what to take or why they take them.

Fish oil is one of the supplements that should be taken on a daily basis. This is because fish oil has many health benefits. It acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. It helps maintain healthy cholesterol

levels. It has been shown to help with age related macular degeneration. It can even help you with anti-aging.

Inflammation is associated with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, MS, and psoriasis. All of these inflammatory diseases are greatly affected by the foods that we eat. This means that you should be eating foods that are anti-inflammatory foods such as fish oil and fresh fruits and vegetables.
