Dr. Don Tries Aerial Yoga

A lot of patients ask me if yoga is a smart exercise to be doing or if they are even able to do yoga.

Yoga can be a very great piece of health and fitness and should be considered by everyone as part of their fitness regimen. There are lots of different types of yoga and you should do some research on the different types before deciding on the one you want to do.

But with all that said I decided to try Aerial Yoga and to make it even more fun I filmed my very first class so you can see what it’s like.
